As the Finance Director at Amneal, your role involves overseeing the finance function across controllership, accounting, treasury, tax, and compliance. You will be responsible for ensuring accurate and timely monthly, quarterly, and annual closing as per US GAAP and Indian GAAP. Leading the SOX compliance program and internal control implementation will be a key aspect of your responsibilities. You will also review statutory audits, tax filings, and ensure regulatory compliance (MCA, RBI, GST, etc.). Managing internal and external stakeholders, including auditors, banks, and regulators, is crucial to this role. Additionally, you will be accountable for ensuring robust working capital and cash flow management. Implementing and enhancing internal policies, SOPs, and ERP controls, particularly in SAP S4 HANA, will be part of your duties. Driving financial governance, risk management, and supporting strategic decisions are also key components of the role. Furthermore, representing finance in board meetings and investor presentations, if applicable, is expected.
