Job Description

  •  Strategic Cost Planning • Create detailed project cost plans and budgets, ensuring alignment with BOQ, drawings, and execution timelines.
 • Partner with project, contracts, and procurement teams to optimise resources and reduce cost leakages.  Cost Control & Insights • Track and analyse budget vs. actual spend, identify deviations, and implement corrective actions. • Conduct rate analysis for civil, finishing, and MEP works to validate vendor proposals. • Provide strategic cost scenarios to management for decision-making.  Billing & MIS Excellence • Work closely with the Billing & Contracts team to link budgeting with vendor/contractor billing cycles. • Publish management dashboards, MIS, and cash flow forecasts with deep variance analysis.  Governance & Compliance • Drive financial discipline across projects by ensuring internal control and audit compliance. • Ensure adherence to corporate policies, RERA norms, and statutory requirements.
