Role Overview: As a Sales Manager at NK Realtors, your main goal will be achieving growth and reaching sales targets by effectively leading the sales team. You will be responsible for designing and executing strategic sales plans to expand the company's customer base and maintain a strong presence in the market. Additionally, you will oversee the management, goal setting, coaching, and performance monitoring of the sales team. Key Responsibilities: - Manage a team of Frontline Executives and Team Leaders to ensure efficient operations. - Assign sales objectives and work towards achieving monthly sales targets for each team member. - Generate new business opportunities through business development activities and market research. - Motivate the team through regular one-on-one discussions and drive sales targets effectively. - Foster good working relationships with developers to enhance business opportunities. - Monitor the sales activities of each team member including face-to-face interactions, site inspections, negotiations, and closures. - Ensure daily maintenance of the CRM software and post-sales record keeping for the entire team. - Develop budgets and marketing strategies for projects and implement them successfully. - Uphold proper corporate behavior and etiquette standards within the team. - Utilize core experience in the real estate industry to drive marketing activities and analyze lead mechanisms. - Collaborate with future business development initiatives effectively. Qualifications Required: - MBA in Sales & Marketing. - 7-9 years of experience in sales and marketing. - Preference for candidates with a background in the real estate industry. - Strong competencies in excellent English communication skills, being smart and presentable, honesty, integrity, and the ability to prepare presentations by analyzing market trends and consumer psychology. Demonstrated capability to drive the sales process from planning to closure, possess a strong business sense, industry expertise, mentoring, coaching, and people management skills.
