Job Description

The role involves coordinating with clients, suppliers, and the sales team to ensure timely delivery assignments. You will be responsible for maintaining and organizing office stationary, as well as corresponding with banking and other institutions. Quality checking on stocks received from suppliers and customers will be a key aspect of the role. It is essential to maintain proper documentation for all delivery assignments. The ideal candidate should have experience as a Logistics and Admin Assistant, providing necessary support to the back office in handling delivery assignments. Facilitating team activities to enhance individual performance is also a crucial part of the job. The candidate must be well-organized, responsible, and possess decent verbal and written communication skills. A team player with a high level of dedication is preferred. Candidates should have a minimum qualification of 12th Pass or under graduation. Additionally, possessing a Two Wheeler and driving license for both Two Wheeler and Four Wheeler is mandatory for this position.,
