Assistant Garment Tech

As a Junior Garment Technician at Fittora, you will be a part of a luxury-tech fashion startup that combines AI-powered fashion innovation with the artistry of luxury tailoring. Key Responsibilities: - Learn how to translate design concepts into technical specifications and basic tech packs. - Support in preparing specification sheets for sizing, fabrics, trims, and garment construction. - Assist senior garment technicians and designers in sample development and fittings. - Observe and participate in quality checks on garments during sampling and production. - Maintain an organized record of fabrics, trims, swatches, and documentation. - Provide support in day-to-day production coordination and pre-production activities. - Gain knowledge in fit standards, construction techniques, and finishing processes. Skills & Qualifications: - Bachelors/Diploma in Fashion Technology, Apparel Production, or related field. - Basic understanding of garment construction and fabrics (academic knowledge acceptable). - Strong willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced fashion-tech environment. - Detail-oriented with good organizational and communication skills. - Passionate about luxury fashion, tailoring, and innovation.
