Job Description: As a Facilities Manager, your primary responsibility is to ensure a safe and comfortable work environment for all employees and visitors. You will be in charge of planning and executing preparations for meetings, conferences, client visits, and VIP visits. Additionally, overseeing the mailroom, front office, and housekeeping will also be under your purview. Key Responsibilities: - Perform daily check-ins around the front office and lobby to maintain high standards and address any issues promptly. - Provide input and ideas to improve facility performance and steer the team in the right direction. - Communicate with vendors, review their services, and coordinate for the resolution of any service-related issues. Qualifications Required: - Graduate in any discipline with 5-7 years of experience in facilities management. - Tertiary qualifications in hotel management, building management, and/or business would be advantageous. - Ability to lead a team effectively and collaborate as a team member to drive positive changes.,
