Job Title: Assistant Executive

Location : Pune

RESPONSIBILITIES

Manage official brand social media accounts (Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter/X). Develop and implement creative strategies for social media growth and engagement. Design and publish LinkedIn posts to enhance brand visibility. Create engaging social media creatives (posts, reels, and stories) for clients. Conceptualize and produce Instagram reels, including participation in shoots for client and internal campaigns. Design visual content and marketing materials for brand promotions. Conduct research on prospective clients to support business development initiatives. Prepare personalized brand pitch decks aligned with client objectives. Attend client meetings to gather requirements and ensure strategic alignment. Build and maintain a competitor database of marketing agencies. Research and compile lists of influencers/bloggers for outreach campaigns. Curate lists of potential cafes/restaurants for client campaigns. Develop and maintain systems for credit card management, sales leads tracking, and AI tools documentation. Define and document internal roles and responsibilities. Maintain and update the hiring sheet with details of interviewed, hired, and rejected candidates. Support HR in coordinating recruitment activities.

REQUIREMENTS

Strong knowledge of social media platforms (Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter/X).

Creativity in content creation and visual design.

Research and analytical ability.

Proficiency in Canva/Photoshop (basic video editing is a plus).

Excellent organizational and documentation skills.

Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment.

The candidate must have their own device.

Job Types: Full-time, Fresher

Pay: ₹8,000.00 - ₹10,000.00 per month
