1. Responsible for Breakdown & Preventive maintenance of
Carburizing furnace, servo press, hydraulic press, and CNC
machines.
2. Prepare the data & review presentation of department.
3. Collect & analyze the Breakdown Data, and action for
improvement.
4. Implementation of kaizen and other improvement work.
5. Do why-why analysis of breakdowns.
6. Do have basic knowledge of Hydraulic and pneumatic circuits.
7. Do have knowledge of ball screw, LM blocks, bearing, gearbox
and mechanical drives.
8. Do have knowledge of Fanuc CNC controllers.
9. Maintain history card of machine and maintenance related data
of machine.
10. Monitor equipment safety related activities.
11. Control the spares consumption.
12. Calculating MTTR, MTBF.
13. Manpower handling.
