Job Summary:
We're looking for an experienced Assistant Engineer (Planning) to join our team. You'll assist in planning, coordinating, and executing projects, ensuring timely completion and optimal resource allocation.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in project planning, scheduling, and monitoring
- Develop and maintain project schedules, reports, and dashboards
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams
- Conduct site visits to monitor progress
- Collaborate with senior engineers to develop project plans
- Analyze data to identify trends and areas for improvement
Requirements:
- BE/B.Tech in relevant engineering discipline
- 4-7 years of experience in planning or related field
- Strong understanding of project management principles
- Experience with planning tools (MS Project, Primavera, etc.)
- Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills
