Assistant - Electrical & Mechanical Maintenance

Job Description

Assist in routine preventive and corrective maintenance of mechanical and electrical equipment. Support troubleshooting of breakdowns in machinery and infrastructure (motors, panels, gear systems, compressors, pumps, etc.). Perform basic repairs under supervision, including wiring, motor alignment, bearing replacement, etc. Help in monitoring system performance and maintaining logs and reports. Assist in the installation and commissioning of new machines and systems. Follow safety protocols and ensure safe working conditions at all times. Maintain tools, equipment, and maintenance records. Work closely with senior technicians and engineers for skill development.
