As a Document and Dispatch Coordinator at our company, your role will involve ensuring the smooth and timely dispatch of finished goods. You will be responsible for maintaining the quality and quantity of the products being dispatched. Additionally, you will handle the receipt of materials from vendors, ensuring adherence to procedures and verifying the quality, quantity, specifications, and condition of the received materials. Managing accurate inventory data will also be a key part of your responsibilities. Key Responsibilities: - Making documents and dispatching finished goods on time - Ensuring quality and quantity of dispatched products - Receiving materials from vendors as per procedures and maintaining proper records - Verifying quality, quantity, specifications, and condition of received materials - Maintaining smooth material issuance processes - Managing accurate inventory data Qualifications Required: - Bachelor's Degree - Good knowledge of MS Office - Strong verbal and written communication skills In addition to the job responsibilities and qualifications, please note that this is a full-time position with benefits such as paid time off and provident fund.
