Key Responsibilities:
- Provide client support through chat, messages, and emails.- Track and resolve pending queries and support tickets promptly.- Maintain data records using Excel and internal systems.- Create personalized diet plans and support clients with weight management or specific health conditions.
What We’re Looking For:
- Experience: 0–1 year (Freshers are welcome)- Qualification: Master’s in Nutrition- Strong communication and client-handling skills.- Comfortable working with international clients and chat-based communication.- Must be based in Delhi.
