Assistant Desktop Engineer

Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled and customer-focused Assistant Desktop Engineer (Only Male) to provide technical support, maintenance, and troubleshooting of desktops, laptops, printers, and other IT assets. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring smooth IT operations across the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

• Install, configure, and maintain desktop and laptop systems (Windows/Mac/Linux).
• Troubleshoot hardware and software issues for end-users.
• Manage user accounts, permissions, and access in Active Directory.
• Setup and support for printers, scanners, and other peripherals.
• Handle antivirus and endpoint security systems.
• Perform routine system maintenance and updates.
• Support network and internet connectivity issues (LAN/Wi-Fi).
• Respond to service requests and resolve them within defined SLAs.
• Maintain IT asset inventory and documentation.
• Provide support during video conferences, meetings, and IT-related events.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree or diploma in IT, Computer Science, or a related field.
• 2-5 years of experience as a Desktop Support Engineer or similar role.
• Good knowledge of Windows 10/11, MS Office, and basic networking.
• Experience with Active Directory, Outlook, and remote support tools.
• Basic understanding of IP addressing, DNS, DHCP, and VPN.
• Familiarity with Mailserver administration, SentinelOne, NinjaRM is a plus.
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently or as part of a team.
• Willingness to work on-site in Navi Mumbai.

Comfortable with any shift.
