Assistant Controller

Role & responsibilities

• Accounting:

  Supervise accounting and Preparation of Financial Statements.

• Reconciliations:

  General Ledger, sub ledgers, bank, customer, and supplier accounts

• Controls:

  Ensures Internal controls / Checks

• MIS:

  Ensures periodic MIS reports

• Compliance:

  Ensures Compliance to tax and other regulatory regimes

• Audit:

  Ensures Liaison / coordination with internal / external auditors

• Trade Receivable / Accounts Payable:

  Follow up to ensure delinquencies

• 3rd Party:

  Ensures Liaison / coordination with other 3rd Parties

Preferred candidate profile

1. Skills:

• English language (reading, writing and speaking).
• Computer skills and Microsoft Office applications.
• In depth knowledge of MS Office (especially excel)
• Exposure to ERP (Desirable)
• Team player
• Well-organized with ability to prioritize
• Very good communication and interpersonal skills
• Attention to detail and problem-solving ability
