Assistant Commercial Marketing Manager

As the Assistant Commercial Marketing Manager at Suntory Global Spirits, you will play a vital role in executing the Commercial Marketing agenda to ensure market success in both Off and On Trade channels. Your responsibilities will include collaborating with the Regional Commercial Marketing Manager, Manager Commercial Marketing - Off Trade, Activation Manager - On Trade, and ZSM to develop and implement Commercial Marketing initiatives effectively. You will work closely with the ZSM and RCMM to align with yearly priorities and goals, support market initiatives, and ensure efficient sales data capture. Additionally, you will be responsible for compliance with Beam Suntory processes and SOPs. **Role Responsibilities:** - Work closely with the Market/s Commercial team and Regional Commercial Marketing Manager to finalize the annual plan for Off-Trade, On Trade, Wedding & CSD channels within the market. - Collaborate with ZSM/RCMM on channel segmentation and drive Execution Excellence for all channel inputs. - Formulate strategies for Must-win accounts, including Halo accounts, Halo execution, Hakozukuri accounts, and Wall Bays in alignment with ZSM. - Assist in negotiations for Visibility/Space agreements and track identified KPIs of outlets. - Monitor and maintain visibility initiatives and semi-permanent assets at Off and On Trade outlets. - Execute promotions to enhance distribution efficiencies as per market requirements. - Drive a performance-led investment culture and monitor the market and competitive landscape for opportunities and challenges. **Qualifications & Experience:** - Qualified Graduate/MBA with an analytical mindset and proficiency in Microsoft Excel. - Minimum of 8+ years of experience in the Channel with at least 2 years of Managerial experience in Alcobev/relevant industries. - Willingness to travel within city limits.
