Assistant Coach, AIFF FIFA Academy

Your primary role as a Team Assistant Coach at All India Football Federation (AIFF) will involve assisting the Head Coach in developing and implementing training programs to enhance the team's fitness, skills, and abilities. Your responsibilities will include: - Assisting in analyzing opponent teams and devising tactical strategies - Conducting team meetings to review previous games, discuss strategies, and set goals - Collaborating with team physicians and trainers to ensure player fitness and prevent injuries - Participating in player recruitment and evaluation processes - Providing feedback and support to players for skill improvement To qualify for this position, you must meet the following criteria: - Minimum AFC B Diploma certification - Active coaching involvement in ISL/I-League/IWL or equivalent top leagues - At least 5 years of coaching experience, preferably at the National or International level - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Strong leadership and motivational abilities - Good understanding of football rules, strategies, and tactics - Ability to work under pressure and adapt to changing situations - Flexibility to work irregular hours, including evenings and weekends - Experience in working with young players and aiding in their skill development Please note that only shortlisted candidates will be contacted for a face-to-face interview.
