As a full-time Real Estate - Assistant Cluster Head at SOBHA Ltd., based in Bengaluru, you will play a crucial role in supporting the Cluster Head in overseeing various real estate projects. Your responsibilities will include managing project operations, coordinating with different teams, providing administrative support, engaging with stakeholders, ensuring high-quality customer service, and fostering a well-organized team environment. This role demands exceptional multitasking skills, a proactive problem-solving approach, and effective communication abilities. To excel in this position, you should possess strong communication and customer service skills, backed by at least 15 years of experience in Residential Real Estate property sales. Demonstrating excellent team management capabilities, a proactive attitude towards problem-solving, and the ability to work both independently and collaboratively with channel partners are essential. Familiarity with real estate project management tools and software would be advantageous, and a Bachelor's degree is a mandatory qualification for this role.,
