Assistant Category Manager

As an Assistant Category Manager at our leading logistics tech company in India, you will play a crucial role in managing the P&L for the LCV category in the city of Coimbatore and Kochi. With 1.5 - 3 years of experience and a Bachelor's Degree or Post Graduate qualification, you will be part of a dynamic team dedicated to improving the lives of millions on a daily basis. Your responsibilities will include ensuring a healthy pipeline of leads, training, and retaining supply/demand acquisition efforts. Additionally, you will engage in supply/customer retention activities, execute marketing and branding initiatives, and actively manage the driver/customer community to enhance service quality. Gathering market intelligence, analyzing data, and preparing reports to monitor performance will be key aspects of your role. You will also be involved in process improvement by identifying and enforcing Standard Operating Procedures and Policies. Building and managing a high-performing team of 20+ individuals will be essential to drive success. To excel in this role, you should possess excellent communication, team handling, and problem-solving skills. Proficiency in data analysis, report-making using tools like MS-Excel/google sheets, and knowledge of the local language will be advantageous.
