Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Assistant Cashier located in Jaipur. The Assistant Cashier will be responsible for assisting with cash handling tasks, maintaining accurate cash records, and processing payments. Daily duties include operating the cash register, managing cash payments, issuing receipts, reconciling transactions, and ensuring a smooth checkout process for customers. Additionally, the role involves supporting the cashier with any related administrative tasks as necessary.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in cash handling, transaction management, and operating a POS system
• Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and organizational skills
• Good communication and interpersonal skills to address customer inquiries professionally
• Basic knowledge of accounting principles and record-keeping
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining focus and efficiency
• Previous experience in cashiering or retail roles is advantageous
• High school diploma or equivalent education
