Assistant Brand Manager Marketing

As an Assistant Brand Manager for FNP.com, you will play a crucial role in crafting and maintaining a compelling visual and communication identity for the brand. Your strategic mindset and creative flair will be key in driving brand storytelling and ensuring a consistent brand presence across various touchpoints. Key Responsibilities: - Brand Design & Imagery: - Own and enhance the visual language of FNP.com across packaging, digital assets, and campaign creatives. - Maintain design consistency across all brand collaterals, including the website, app, emailers, social media, product packaging, and retail outlets. - Lead the development of design materials for CLM, platform touchpoints, and marketing ads in collaboration with internal teams and external agencies. - Communication & Storytelling: - Develop and implement cohesive brand communication strategies for ATL, BTL, digital, and owned media channels. - Uphold a consistent brand voice that is quirky, emotional, relatable, and premium as per the context. - Collaborate with content, CRM, and category teams to translate business goals into engaging campaigns. - Brand Visibility & Recall: - Enhance brand visibility and top-of-mind recall through distinct campaigns and a unified visual identity. - Work with PR, influencer, and paid media teams to amplify the brand presence. - Drive integrated marketing initiatives that blend brand storytelling with performance outcomes. - Consumer-Backed Thinking: - Utilize insights into consumer behavior, occasion triggers, and shopping journeys to shape visual storytelling. - Identify opportunities to enhance user experience through memorable brand interactions from initial contact to final delivery.
