Build a high Quality Loan portfolio Track and Ensure Repayments of the Loan disbursed Maintain Manage Acquit ion of micro finance member and collection of the branch Enable sales team to high performance and be a team player To Build and Nurture team & enable them to achieve high performance as per the branch capacity & budget. Manage Administrative smooth functioning of the branch Conversion of Micro finance eligible member to enroll recurring deposit of the bank Lead generation for existing micro finance members who require MICRO LAP or MICRO Housing Ensure consistent delivery of Equitas products and services and prompt repayment in an efficient and cost effective manner Desired Experience: Number of years of experience (05-10 Years ) Type of companies/sector worked for(Micro Finance companies private commercial banks and NBFCs) Responsibilities managed in the previous organizations(Primarily Sales & Collection function. Past experience on the sales& Collection side of Micro finance.) Languages (Hindi/English) Computer/technical skills (Handy with Basic Microsoft office) Qualifications: Graduation: (Any Stream) Post-graduation: (MBA Preferred) Professional Qualifications: Graduate & Above Certifications (please specify):
