Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Assist the Branch Manager in the overall operational management of the branch.
  • Supervise the branch staff and delegate responsibilities as required.
  • Ensure the branch meets sales and performance targets.
  • Address customer service issues promptly and professionally.
  • Adhere to all banking laws and regulations.
  • Oversee the processing of loan and credit applications.
  • Train staff in banking procedures and practices.
  • Implement strategies to boost profitability and meet sales targets.
  • Prepare financial reports for the branch.
  • Ensure the highest level of customer service is maintained at all times.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
