Assistant Branch Head

Role Overview: As the Profit and Loss Head of Business of the Branch, your main responsibility is to meet the annual Business Plan targets of sales, cost, and profits in the branch. You will be tasked with developing business in the area under the branch, focusing on CIT and CPD local sales. It is essential to ensure compliance with regulatory and statutory requirements of the branch while managing branch business operations, expenses, customer relations, administration, and finances effectively. Key Responsibilities: - Develop business in the area under the branch, focusing on CIT and CPD local sales - Ensure compliance with regulatory and statutory requirements of the branch - Manage branch business operations, expenses, customer relations, administration, and finances effectively - Improve efficiency and eliminate risks through active monitoring and achieving KPI targets - Implement operational procedures such as CSQM and take corrective and preventive actions on non-conformities - Maintain and monitor operational performance, including CASH VANS and ATMs - Address customer complaints through regular communication and feedback - Maintain a good relationship with local law enforcement authorities - Ensure discipline in the branch and manage the welfare and grievances of personnel under your command - Meet billing and collection targets - Control staff strength, monitor infrastructure and security systems - Review and control manpower and vehicle maintenance costs - Demonstrate leadership qualities and act as a role model in the locations Qualification Required: - Skills in Profit and Loss management - Business process improvement skills - Effective manpower staffing, development, and retention skills Additional Details: If you believe you have the required skill set and experience for this role, please send your resume to recruitment@sisprosegur.com.
