As a potential candidate, your role will involve meeting Annual Business Plan targets of sales, cost, and profits in the branch. Your responsibilities will include: - Business development in the area under the branch, especially CIT and CPD local sales - Meeting regulatory & statutory compliances of the branch - Managing branch business in the areas of sales, operations, expenses, customer relations, administration & finances - Ensuring operational excellence in terms of efficiency and risks elimination through active monitoring and KPIs targets fulfillment - Implementing operational procedures of CSQM and initiating corrective and preventive actions on non-conformities - Maintaining & monitoring operational performance through regular checks of deployed CASH VANS and ATMs - Ensuring operational improvement through monitoring systems for checking, reward, and punishment in the branch - Addressing customer complaints through regular customer communication and feedback for customer satisfaction - Maintaining liaison with local police and other law enforcement authorities - Upholding discipline in the branch - Handling reward and punishment, leave, conduct of personnel, legal aspects, and welfare of all personnel under the branch - Addressing welfare/grievances of personnel under command - Meeting billing & collection targets for the branch - Ensuring no additional staff other than those sanctioned is employed in the branch/units - Tracking and tracing the situation of infrastructure and ensuring security systems are running and in place - Reviewing and controlling manpower/vehicle running maintenance costs - Completing any tasks assigned by management Your skillset should include proficiency in Profit and Loss Management, Business Branch Operations, Process Improvement, Manpower Staffing, Development, and Retention.
