Job Description

We are looking for a highly qualified and experienced Assistant / Associate Professor to join our team at Symbiosis Skills & Professional University. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in teaching and research, with excellent communication skills.
Roles and Responsibility
  • Develop and deliver high-quality lecture materials and assessments for undergraduate and postgraduate students.
  • Conduct research in the field of education and publish papers in reputable journals.
  • Supervise and mentor students in their academic work and research projects.
  • Participate in departmental meetings and contribute to curriculum development.
  • Collaborate with other faculty members to achieve departmental goals.
  • Engage in professional development activities to enhance teaching and research skills.
Job Requirements
  • Master's degree in Education or related field with a minimum of 55% marks.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in teaching and research, including Ph.D. research.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are required for effective collaboration with students, colleagues, and parents.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills are needed to develop innovative solutions.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team to achieve common goals.
  • Commitment to ongoing professional development and staying current with best practices in education.
