Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role located in Belgaum for an Assistant Associate & Professor in the Electronics and Communication Engineering (ECE) Department. The responsibilities include teaching undergraduate and postgraduate courses, developing and delivering course materials, mentoring students, conducting and publishing research, participating in curriculum development, and contributing to the departmental and institutional activities. The role also involves engaging with industry partnerships and participating in academic committees. Qualifications Expertise in Electronics and Communication Engineering, including teaching and research skills Effective communication, mentoring, and student counseling skills Experience in developing and delivering course materials and curriculum Strong record of published research and ability to secure research funding Engagement with professional organizations and industry partnerships Commitment to continuous professional development and staying updated with advancements in the field Ph.D. in Electronics and Communication Engineering or a related field is preferred Excellent organizational and teamwork skills Show more Show less
