Assistant / Associate / Professor (Food Technology)

As a Food Engineering Professor/Associate Professor/Assistant Professor at our institution in Vadodara, you will be responsible for developing and delivering comprehensive lectures, practical sessions, and seminars in dairy technology courses, focusing on areas such as Food Engineering. Your role includes employing innovative teaching methodologies, such as hands-on experiments, case studies, and collaborative projects, to enhance student learning experiences and foster skill development. In addition to teaching, you will provide mentorship and guidance to both undergraduate and graduate students, assisting them in their academic pursuits, research projects, and professional advancement within the dairy technology field. Candidates with a B. Tech. in Food Engineering, M. Tech. in Food Engineering, and a preferred Ph.D. in Food Engineering are encouraged to apply.
