ASSISTANT AND DEPUTY MANAGER TRAINING

You are being sought by Maijo Moto for the position of Assistant / Deputy Manager Training. In this role, you will be responsible for leading in-house training programs focusing on sales excellence and customer engagement. The ideal candidate should possess 3 to 10 years of hands-on sales experience, excellent communication skills, and the ability to train and motivate showroom staff to achieve sales targets and provide exceptional customer service. Your main responsibilities will include planning and conducting sales training sessions for Sales Consultants, Team Leaders, and Customer Relationship Executives. You will be expected to deliver engaging sessions on product knowledge, sales techniques, customer handling, and soft skills in alignment with Maruti Suzuki Arena standards. It will also be part of your duties to assess the training needs of sales teams, maintain training records, and submit training reports to management. Moreover, you will need to ensure continuous improvement in field performance through follow-ups, coaching, and refresher programs. Collaboration with Maruti Suzuki Regional Training Teams for brand-mandated sessions and certifications is essential. You will also be organizing role-plays, mock pitches, and field training to reinforce the practical application of learning and supporting HR and Sales departments in various programs. To be eligible for this role, you must be male, hold a minimum degree in any discipline (Commerce/Business/Management preferred), and have 3 to 10 years of experience in automotive or retail sales. Proficiency in MS Office, especially PowerPoint & Excel, strong communication and presentation skills, the ability to lead and inspire sales teams, and a practical understanding of the vehicle sales process are the required skills.
