Assistant Accountant

Role Overview: As a Financial Analyst at our company, you will be responsible for supporting budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting. You will handle reconciliations, audits, and internal controls efficiently. Additionally, you will be monitoring KPIs and presenting financial insights to the team. Training and supporting junior staff, as well as assisting in the hiring process, will also be part of your role. Qualifications: - Bachelor's in Accounting/Finance (preferred) - 3+ years of experience (preferred) - Proficient in Tally/ERP & MS Excel - Strong knowledge of accounting standards & compliance - Excellent organizational and multitasking skills Company Details: Our company provides food and a Provident Fund as benefits.
