Assistant Account Manager

We are looking for a finance professional with minimum 3 to 5 years of experience, preferably with a strong background in financial reporting for listed entities. The role involves preparation of financial statements along with segment reporting, ensuring compliance with LODR regulations such as Regulation 33 and related-party transactions. The candidate will lead and coordinate monthly closing activities in collaboration with cross-functional teams and provide support during quarterly limited review (LR) processes. Strong analytical skills and a thorough understanding of financial reporting standards are essential for this role.

Key Responsibilities:

• Preparation of Financial Statements for listed entities, including Segment Reporting.
• Preparation and review of financial reporting deliverables.
• Hands-on experience with LODR compliances such as Regulation 33, RPT, etc.
• Lead and coordinate monthly closing activities in collaboration with cross-functional teams.
• Support in Quarterly Limited Review (LR) processes and related activities.

Required Skills:

• Strong understanding of accounting standards and regulatory requirements for listed companies.
• Working knowledge of LODR regulations and reporting timelines.
• Proficiency in financial statement preparation and segment reporting.
• Ability to work under tight deadlines and manage multiple priorities.
