Assistant Account Executive

Responsible for supporting the accounts team in day-to-day financial operations, ensuring accurate record-keeping, and assisting in billing, payments, and reconciliations.

• Assist in preparing invoices, bills, and payment vouchers.
• Maintain day-to-day accounting records and ledgers.
• Support accounts payable and accounts receivable functions.
• Reconcile bank statements and petty cash transactions.
• Assist in GST, TDS, and other statutory compliance documentation.
• Coordinate with vendors, customers, and internal departments for smooth financial operations.
• Ensure accuracy and completeness of financial data.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

• Irimbanam, Kochi, Kerala: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)

Education:

• Bachelor's (Required)

Experience:

• 5S: 2 years (Required)

Language:

• English, Malayalam, Hindi (Required)

Willingness to travel:

• 75% (Required)
