As an Assistant at our 100-seater multi-cuisine restaurant located in Rishikesh, you will play a crucial role in supporting the daily operations. Your responsibilities will include providing excellent customer service, managing reservations, and handling various administrative tasks. Your dedication to maintaining a clean and inviting environment for our guests will be essential, along with effectively coordinating with kitchen and service staff. Additionally, you will be the first point of contact for any guest inquiries or issues, showcasing your problem-solving and conflict resolution skills. To excel in this role, you should possess strong customer service and communication skills, along with excellent organizational and multitasking abilities. Basic administrative and office management skills are required, as well as the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
