**Role Overview:** As a part of the Executive Wealth (EW) team at Goldman Sachs, you will be the primary operational driver, handling incoming inquiries and tracking client priorities. Your role involves assisting Advisor teams in providing comprehensive financial planning, investment services, and tax planning to corporate employees, executives, and high-net-worth individuals. Collaborating closely with Private Wealth Advisor teams for AYCO clients and leveraging your operational expertise will be key to contributing to the growth of the business. Anticipating and recommending solutions to meet client needs, managing cash balances, and resolving time-sensitive client service issues will be among your responsibilities. **Key Responsibilities:** - Triaging incoming inquiries and tracking client priorities - Assisting Advisor teams in providing financial planning, investment services, and tax planning - Supporting Private Wealth Advisor teams for AYCO clients - Contributing to the growth of the business with your operational background - Proactively anticipating and recommending solutions to meet client needs - Managing cash balances and private banking services in accounts - Resolving time-sensitive client service-related issues - Planning and managing new account onboarding process and asset transfers - Managing the pipeline of new business opportunities in Salesforce - Preparing various reports for clients in cash flow planning, income tax projections, investment allocation, etc. - Facilitating client portfolio performance reporting and analysis - Interfacing with internal groups for investment and operational tasks **Qualifications Required:** - Bachelor's degree required, MBA preferred - Proficiency in Microsoft products such as Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook - Ability to maintain a high level of confidentiality - Enthusiastic and positive approach to problem-solving and client service - Proven track record with cross-training, task-sharing, and teamwork - Innovative mindset, proactive time management, and task completion follow-through - Excellent verbal and written communication skills - Ability to multi-task effectively in a fast-paced environment,
