Job Description

The Analyst/Associate will primarily be responsible for the creation of eLearnings for advisor business lines within Goldman Sachs Ayco, with potential involvement in projects for other internal groups. Main Responsibilities Create and maintain new and existing eLearnings for Goldman Sachs Ayco's client-facing business lines. Collaborate with peers, internal business groups, and subject matter experts to gather information and ensure accuracy. Analyze and extract key training information from pre-existing materials and recordings to develop scalable eLearning modules . Work with Quality, Training, and Development (QTD) team members to prioritize eLearning creation and updates . Secondary Responsibilities Review and organize video recordings using computer software to create more efficient formats. Support the Training and Development team with other initiatives as requested. Understand and adhere to all firm policies and procedures, including quality, client service, information security, and compliance. Qualifications Bachelor's Degree. Strong technical and analytical skills . Strong ability for creative thinking . Proficiency in Articulate, SharePoint, Excel, Adobe, Windows, PowerPoint, and Outlook . Strong written and verbal communication skills . Ability to work independently and meet relevant deadlines. Excellent interpersonal and organizational skills . Detail-oriented focus with strong project management skills . Self-directed and strategic mindset with a strong desire for innovation . Ability to anticipate, adapt to, and manage changing priorities and objectives . Preferred Experience 2 3 years in the financial services industry . Experience with Articulate and SharePoint software .
