As an Asset Servicing Intermediate Analyst at Citigroup, you will be responsible for managing reconciling and processing positions related to Corporate Action events. Your key responsibilities will include: - Revising communications, notifications, and facilitating postings for Corporate Action or Proxy events - Developing client-specific service solutions and maintaining quality control - Performing multiple transactions of moderate complexity to achieve operating efficiency and a high level of productivity - Minimizing risk to the bank through the appropriate application of procedural requirements and adherence to audit and control policies - Participating in compliance-related procedures and controls activities - Working closely with peers and product to develop solutions that enable the team to meet the department's mission statements and create dynamic MIS - Participating in system testing - Maintaining awareness of product changes and system enhancements - Assisting team members during periods of high volume work, providing back-up coverage, and performing other duties as assigned by the supervisor To excel in this role, you should have: - 5+ years of relevant experience - Basic to intermediate level experience in a related role - In-depth knowledge of securities processing, combined with a solid understanding of hedge fund industry standards and practices - Strong communication skills with the ability to exchange potentially complex/sensitive information - Ability to deal with most problems independently and resolve complex issues related to the analysis of hedge fund activities Education: - Bachelors/University degree or equivalent experience Citi is an equal opportunity and affirmative action employer, providing career opportunities for all qualified interested applicants.
