Asset Predictive Analytics

As an Asset Predictive Analytics (APA) Specialist, your primary responsibility will be to implement predictive analytics solutions for major rotating and static equipment in industrial sectors, such as compressors, pumps, gas turbines, steam turbines, motors, blowers, fans, heaters, columns, transformers, and heat exchangers. You will be tasked with collecting and analyzing data from various sources, developing predictive models using machine learning algorithms, and optimizing maintenance schedules to prevent unplanned downtime. Your qualifications should include a B.E/B.Tech degree in Mechanical or Chemical Engineering from a recognized university, along with a minimum of 5 years of experience in Asset Predictive Analytics within the industrial sector, preferably in oil & gas. To succeed in this role, you must possess knowledge of reliability principles, tools, and methodologies, such as FMEA, RCFA, RCM, and PMO. You should have a strong background in AVEVA Predictive Analytics or similar solutions, as well as a deep understanding of mechanical systems and equipment. Proficiency in data analysis, statistical modeling, and programming languages like Python and R is crucial for developing and implementing predictive models effectively. Your role will also involve collaborating with maintenance teams to implement optimized maintenance plans based on predicted failure risks. Additionally, you should be adept at engaging with client and team stakeholders at a senior level and have experience with CMMS, SCADA, and other relevant software tools. Overall, your expertise in conducting data analysis, predictive modeling, and maintenance optimization will be key in ensuring the reliability and performance of critical industrial equipment.,
