Primary Responsibility:

Visiting and analyzing the nature and type of properties

1. Visiting and analyzing the nature and type of properties.
2. Identifying suitable bidders who can buy the assets under Auction.
3. Roping in effective agencies to market all the properties.
4. Increasing the network of Mediators and real estate companies.
5. Conducting periodical meeting and reviewing agency performance.
6. Maintaining records of all bidders and relevant data.
7. Preparing MIS and sharing it as per the management requirement
8. Handling vendor payments.
9. Knowledge in HL, LAP and secured SME products
10. Knowledge in SARFAESI activities
