Job Description

Role & responsibilities Coordinate and supervise 50 stations operation Governance of OME, ERT, ESV team. Manage field assets according to organization preferences and goals. (Battery, Station , Vehicle) Monitor tickets for station/ERT/ESV/Customer. Follow up with SMPL team for station/ battery related issue resolution Ensure daily, weekly and monthly maintenance of station Maintain station uptime Liasioning with EB board for EB related issues Coordination with ISP and maintain internet uptime. EB/internet/Rental bill collection and payout Responsible for customer escalation Training operator, supervisor, ERT member, ESV driver Supervises employees/vendor who assist in reporting the information Monthly spare parts forecasting, planning and certification Drive for periodic governance meetings with OME, SMPL and vendors Desired Skills & Experience: Minimum 3-5 years of experience in field operation and asset management. Education: BE in Electronics/Electrical/ related technical field, or equivalent experience. Working knowledge of operation, data management and field governance. Strong in people management. Soft skills: Respectful and appreciative of different personality styles, thinking, backgrounds, and cultures and positively handle potential disruptive and hostile environments. Outstanding integrity and the ability to always seek to do the right thing for the client right first time. Excellent client interaction skills, collaborative work style, and strong interpersonal and team skills.
