Job Description

You will be joining a dynamic and growing team in Internal Audit, where you will have the opportunity to work with multiple lines of business. As an Asset and Wealth Management Senior Auditor, your role will involve leading audit assignments, performing and documenting audit testing, partnering closely with global Audit colleagues and business stakeholders, and using your judgment to strengthen internal controls. Your responsibilities will include assisting with ongoing risk assessment, control identification, audit execution, and continuous monitoring activities across Asset & Wealth Management functions. Your key responsibilities will include: - Assisting or leading audit engagements covering Asset Wealth Management functions including risk assessment, audit planning, audit testing, control evaluation, documenting work papers, audit report drafting, and follow-up and verification of issue closure. - Meeting time frame and budget targets for assigned audit work, while adhering to department and professional standards and utilizing consistent methodology. - Collaborating with other groups and regions within Audit to ensure the delivery of a seamless program of audit coverage across the firm. - Establishing and maintaining a business climate and culture that encourages integrity, respect, excellence, and innovation. - Being willing to travel to locations internationally (up to 10%), if required, and adjusting work timings as needed to support global teams. Qualifications required for this role: - Minimum 7 years of experience in a financial services firm/bank, with an audit or risk/control background. - Ability to lead audits and execute audit work remotely, work effectively within a matrix organization, manage multiple projects, and participate in audit assignments in a team environment. - Proficiency in risk assessment, issue/impact analysis, and executive report preparation. - Good communication and interpersonal skills required with the ability to present complex and sensitive issues to senior management. - Enthusiastic, self-motivated, works well individually and in teams, shares information, supports colleagues, and encourages participation.,
