Assembly Process Planning Engineer

As an experienced Virtual Manufacturing assembly process planner, your role will involve the following key responsibilities: - Creating the Sequence of Operation (SOE), Time Element, Operation Method Sheet (OMS), SOP, and work instructions. - Developing Manufacturing Layout & Detailing Layout, along with Operator instructions featuring pictorial representations. - Utilizing your knowledge of Industrial Engineering standards like time study, work-study, and line balancing in a factory setting. - Having exposure to Industrial Engineering software like MOST will be an added advantage. - Validating product/assembly by considering Torque selection/specification, Tool accessibility, DFMA, DFA, DFM, PFMEA, etc. - Applying human factor ergonomic Industry guidelines in your work. - Demonstrating a strong understanding of Lean Manufacturing concepts and tools. - Selecting appropriate tools and Torque for manufacturing processes. - Familiarity with CAD tools such as Teamcenter - Vis view, Vis Mockup, AutoCAD / FCAD. - Having good English communication skills to independently handle projects with minimal guidance. - Proficiency in basic MS Office tools.
