Job Description

Role & responsibilities To handle Assembly Activity of Turbomachinery Products. Reading and interpreting engineering drawings, BOMs, Pre-assembly inspection, dimensional checks, leak tests, torque Ability to conduct root cause analysis for fitment or assembly issues. Coordinating with design, QA/QC, stores, and project teams. Documenting observations and raising non-conformance reports (NCRs) Skills Required Knowledge of mechanical tolerances and fits (GD&T) Skilled in using torque wrenches, alignment tools, hydraulic jacks, and lifting equipments Experience with pneumatic tools and precision measuring instruments (Vernier, micrometer, dial gauges) Understanding standard operating procedures (SOPs) and work instructions Sequential build and sub-assembly management Quickly identifying and resolving assembly and fitment issues Prioritizing tasks based on build schedule and delivery targets
