Key Responsibilities: - Possessing 5+ years of experience in technical product management or data engineering for data-intensive B2B products. - Demonstrating a strong grasp of agile methodologies and processes. - Utilizing prior technical business analyst or technical product management expertise in the data platform or data warehousing space (e.g., Athena, Redshift, Snowflake, Databricks, Kafka). - Familiarity with Data Science concepts and experience with Entity Resolution is a plus. - Monitoring and recommending quality assurance standards, as well as proficiency in using SQL for troubleshooting and analysis. - Driving actions and change with a results-oriented approach. - Managing a development team in a matrixed environment with external consulting or vendor resources. - Exhibiting outstanding verbal and written communication skills, superb analytical skills, and persistence in problem-solving. - Demonstrating initiative, enthusiasm for learning and excelling, and being a valuable part of a dynamic team. - Improving the effectiveness of peers and the organization through scalable processes.
