ASP.NET/MVC Consultant

Prosper Overseas is a leading overseas education consultancy with a legacy CRM and multiple websites built in ASP.NET MVC. We are on a mission to modernize our systems into a cloud-based, AI-integrated platform. This is an exciting opportunity to lead the technical transition of our 15+ year-old infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct a

  technical audit

  of existing ASP.NET MVC-based CRM and websites

• Document

  code structure, architecture, databases, and dependencies
• Identify

  risks, performance bottlenecks, and outdated tech components

• Recommend modernization strategies (e.g., ASP.NET Core, microservices, API-first architecture)
• Collaborate on roadmap for

  AI-based infrastructure and modular architecture

• Coordinate

  knowledge transfer

  from the current developer

Qualifications:

• 8+ years of experience with

  ASP.NET MVC, C#, SQL Server

• Strong understanding of

  legacy system refactoring and modernization

• Hands-on experience with

  cloud platforms (Azure/AWS)

• Excellent documentation and communication skills
• Bonus: Familiarity with

  AI tools or AI integration strategies

Engagement Details:

• Duration:

  2–3 months (extendable based on need)

• Commitment:

  Part-time / Consulting hours (flexible)
