Key Responsibilities:

1. Sales & Distribution Management

• Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets for the assigned area.
  
• Develop and manage distributor and retail networks to ensure effective coverage.
  
• Monitor primary and secondary sales performance and take corrective action where required.
  
• Ensure product availability and visibility across all channels.
  

2. Market Execution

• Implement trade marketing and promotional activities as per company strategy.
  
• Ensure adherence to planogram, merchandising, and visibility standards.
  
• Track competitor activities and provide timely market intelligence.
  

3. Team Leadership

• Lead, train, and motivate Sales Officers / Sales Representatives to enhance performance.
  
• Conduct regular market visits and joint working with field staff.
  
• Evaluate team performance and identify training needs.
  

4. Business Development

• Identify new business opportunities, outlets, and channels to expand market share.
  
• Develop and execute strategies for new product launches and market penetration.
  

5. Reporting & Analysis

• Submit daily/weekly/monthly reports on sales, collections, and market insights.
  
• Analyze area performance and recommend strategies for improvement.
