Job Description Area Sales Manager (ASM) | Kashmir Valley Company: Tarun Foods & Beverages Pvt. Ltd. (Black Masti Tea – Mission 2029) Location: Kashmir Valley (South, Central & North Kashmir) Industry: FMCG – Tea / Food Products Experience Required: 10–20 Years (FMCG GT Channel) Role Objective: To build and expand Black Masti Tea’s distribution network across the Kashmir Valley by establishing Super Stockists, Distributors, and a strong retail presence under Mission 2029. The ASM will lead a team of SOs/SRs to ensure aggressive market execution, placement, and volume growth. Key Responsibilities: Develop and manage Super Stockist and Distributor network across all districts of Kashmir. Achieve Primary & Secondary Sales Targets with consistent market follow-up. Build and lead SO/SR field teams ensuring 100% outlet coverage and visibility. Drive retail placement and activation for all Black Masti Tea SKUs. Maintain distributor profitability through schemes, QPS, and claims management. Plan beat routes, coverage expansion, and ensure availability in all key outlets. Execute market launches and new product introductions with full ownership. Monitor sales data, competition, and field execution reports through MIS systems. Ensure 100% compliance to company systems and Mission 2029 culture. Candidate Profile: Graduate / MBA preferred with strong FMCG GT background (Tea/Food industry). Minimum 7–10 years of relevant field experience. Proven ability to build markets from scratch and handle multiple distributors. Excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation skills. Should possess existing network in Kashmir Valley (preferred). Must have the mindset of ownership, accountability, and mission-driven performance.
