ASM - Sales

Role Overview: You will be responsible for monitoring and evaluating the performance of the sales team, identifying areas for improvement. Creating a positive and collaborative working environment for the sales department will be crucial. Driving new business opportunities and maintaining relationships with clients will also be part of your role. You will coordinate and oversee the sales process from initial customer contact to final sale, ensuring a high level of customer service and satisfaction. Additionally, you will address customer issues and inquiries in a timely and effective manner. Monitoring and analyzing sales data to prepare regular reports on sales activities and performance will also be a key aspect of your responsibilities.
