Job Description

The Area Sales Manager plays a crucial role as the face of the brand and product, focusing on boosting sales growth, fostering customer engagement, and ensuring proper product utilization in clinics to maintain optimal stock levels for treatment. Motivating customers to choose DPW as their preferred product for various indications is also a key responsibility. The responsibilities of an Area Sales Manager include the following: Territory Mapping: Develop, manage, and update a comprehensive list of potential customers within the assigned territory. Potential Mapping: Identify customers with high conversion potential and prioritize them for enhanced coverage. Daily Field Calls Planning: Strategize coverage plans and schedule demonstrations/educational sessions with technical support. Carrying Essential Tools: Ensure the availability of necessary tools for effective customer interactions and conversions. Achieving Targets: Work diligently towards meeting and exceeding the sales targets set for the designated area. Reporting Activities: Provide daily reports on customer interactions, conversions, and pipeline status while adhering to the prescribed reporting formats and processes. Client Relationship Management: Maintain strong relationships with existing clients to foster repeat business and encourage them to prioritize DPW products in their practice. Collaboration with Technical Team: Coordinate with the technical team to arrange product demos, training sessions, and workshops for various stakeholders. Sales and Marketing Execution: Implement sales and marketing strategies tailored for the assigned territory to drive revenue growth. Product Knowledge: Possess in-depth knowledge about products, scientific benefits, packaging, pricing, as well as competitor products" strengths and weaknesses. Feedback Collection: Gather customer and market feedback regularly to stay informed about evolving needs and preferences. Stock Planning: Develop monthly stock plans based on primary and secondary requirements from stockists. Brand Image Management: Uphold and enhance the company's image through professional conduct and effective customer engagement.
