ASIC Electrical Validation and Characterization
• Experience in IP/SoC/ASIC Analog Validation (3+ year experience). • Strong understanding of Analog and Digital circuit fundamentals. • Hands-on experience with silicon validation and Characterization setup for Analog IPs (i.e LDO, Bandgap, PLL and high-speed interfaces – TX/RX etc.). • Good understanding of Jitter & eye diagram measurements and debugs. • Knowledge of validation board design and schematic understanding. • Experience in validation automation development in VBA, Python, LabView or any scripting language. • Good in Silicon and hardware setup debug skills. • Good command over usage of test equipment like power supply, SMU, DMM, high-end oscilloscope, J-BERT, active and passive probes, function generator and thermal force equipment etc. • Strong data analysis and report making skills.
Mandatory skills:
