Job Description

We are looking for a skilled AS400 Support Professional to join our team at Natobotics. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in supporting and maintaining complex systems, with excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

Roles and Responsibility

Provide technical support and maintenance for AS400 systems, including troubleshooting and resolving issues.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement solutions for system improvements.
Develop and maintain documentation of system procedures, processes, and best practices.
Analyze system performance data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
Implement security measures to protect against potential threats and vulnerabilities.
Participate in training and knowledge-sharing sessions to enhance team capabilities.

Job Requirements

Strong understanding of AS400 operating systems, including system administration and programming languages such as RPGLE and CL/400.
Excellent problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex issues and develop creative solutions.
Effective communication and collaboration skills, with experience working with diverse teams.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple projects simultaneously.
Strong attention to detail, with a focus on delivering high-quality results and meeting deadlines.
Familiarity with ITIL processes and methodologies, with experience in incident management and problem resolution.
