As an AS400 Developer at Viraaj HR Solutions, your role involves designing, developing, and maintaining AS400 applications to meet business requirements. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze requirements and write clean, efficient, and well-documented code in RPG and COBOL. Your responsibilities include performing unit testing, debugging applications, monitoring performance, and troubleshooting issues. Additionally, you will support system integration, contribute to code reviews, and prepare technical documentation for users and support staff.
